We are currently seeking a full-time Co-Occurring Disorder Counselor (Must be LCSW, LPC or LMFT) to provide service to our adult residential and outpatient population who require structure and support to achieve and sustain recovery from behavioral related disorders. The Individual selected for this position must be willing to manage change and embrace our vision.
Benefits include:
• Salary ($50,000 – $68,000) Commensurate with experience;

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conducts Diagnostic Assessments, CAMH’s, Behavioral Health Assessments and Individualized Service Recovery Planning, Individual, Family, & Group Therapy;
• Coordinates and monitors treatment services for all Co-Occurring individuals according to guidelines;
• Facilitates 2-4 groups weekly, which are targeted to individuals with substance abuse disorders and/or co-occurring disorders of mental illness and substance abuse;
• Prepares and submits documentation accurately and on time within 48 hours of service delivery;
• Participates in Clinical Team Meetings;
• Participates in gathering annual performance data;
• Serves as a member of the Clinical Team and attends meetings weekly;
• Other duties as assigned;
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the Behavioral Health or related field;
• At least four-five (4-5) years of experience in the behavioral health field;
• Must have acquired all required state licensures – LCSW, LPC, LMFT, CACII;
