Description of Duties: Maintain established service authorization percentage. Meet established monthly and quarterly productivity standards. Complete all documentation within 24-48 hours from date of service.

Monitors clients’ progress or lack thereof towards goals, provides crisis interventions as needed. Develop Individualized Service Plan (ISP) with client involvement. Completes Intakes/ Behavioral Health Assessments (BHA).Assist with transportation of clients if need be, and Logisticare billing.

Assist with monitoring clients during hours of operation. Facilitate and/or coordinate group activities in accordance to service definitions. Carry a caseload of up to 12 individuals.

Minimum Qualifications: CACII or Licensed Therapist.  Valid, unrestricted GA Driver’s License.  Must be computer literate.
