The Women’s Outreach Outpatient Program helps women learn how to manage life issues and day-to- day living without the use of mood- or mind-altering substances or drugs. Program services promote recovery, self-sufficiency, development of support networks and other important life skills to enhance mental health and reduce the risk of needing inpatient treatment.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting IOP groups, individual counseling and psychoeducation for Women’s Outreach delineated via program licensure by Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH)/Health Facility Regulation (HFR).
Follow established guidelines in Addictive Disease Program Plan.
Individual counseling as clinically indicated.
Complete SPD’s, and all other supporting assessments, including UDS, & documentation for individuals affiliated with Women’s Outreach Outpatient.
Follow-up calls with referrals and participation in Treatment/consultation/clinical team meetings.
Complete monthly Treatment Plan reviews and discharge/transition person’s served, as clinically indicated.
Other duties as assigned by Director of Addictive Disease , Program Manager(s), as needed to meet expanding needs of individuals served.

 

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Helping Field
CACI, CACII, CADCI or CADCII
At least 1 year experience working in Mental Health or Substance Use disorder field
Bi-lingual abilities a plus
