ASAM I SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT PROVIDER & SA EVALUATOR

Part-Time ASAM I (Telehealth & In-Person) Group Facilitator working with Alpha Hope Counseling Facilitating Mandated Client Groups (Sunday afternoon/evenings & Week-Night Substance Abuse Groups) & Substance Abuse Evaluations.  Must be responsible, self-motivated, have Telehealth Certification, experience facilitating Prime Solutions ASAM I groups (or equivalent outpatient Substance Abuse group experience).  DBHDD/UNUM online portal reporting/evaluation experience required or willingness to be trained.
